Terms & Privacy
Short on purpose. If anything here is unclear, email management@themedialeague.com and we will answer plainly.
Privacy Notice
The Media League, Inc. ("we", "us") operates this website and the AI2 Enquire platform, and is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice.
This notice is short on purpose. If something below is unclear, email us and we will answer plainly.
We run no analytics and set no cookies
We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, session recording, or any third-party tracker. We set no cookies on public pages. Nothing on this site follows you anywhere else.
The only exception is a session cookie for people who log in to a member area, which exists solely to keep you signed in and is deleted when you sign out.
What we collect, and only when you give it
If you request beta access we collect exactly what the form asks for:
- your name
- your work email address
- your company
- your role
- your LinkedIn profile, if you choose to give it
- the question you would put to AI2 Enquire, if you choose to write one
Nothing else. We do not buy contact data, enrich it from third parties, or infer anything about you from other sources.
Why we collect it
To contact you about beta access when it opens, and to understand what kinds of questions the people asking for access want answered. That second purpose shapes what we build; it is not used to profile you.
We rely on your consent, given by submitting the form, and on our legitimate interest in contacting business professionals who have asked to hear from us.
How long we keep it
For as long as the beta programme runs, and in no case longer than twenty-four months from the date you submit. At that point we review the list and erase what we no longer need. You can ask us to erase your details sooner, at any time, and we will.
Who else sees it
Nobody. We do not sell, rent, share, or trade your details. We do not pass them to advertisers or data brokers.
Your details are stored on servers operated by Render, our hosting provider, who process data on our behalf under their own contractual obligations. If we later move this list to an email platform in order to send you the launch notice, that provider will process it on the same basis, for the same single purpose.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you
- correct anything wrong
- erase it
- stop using it
When we erase your details we blank every field that identifies you — your name, email, company, role, LinkedIn and your question. What remains is an anonymous record that a signup happened on a given date, with nothing in it that leads back to you.
Email management@themedialeague.com and we will act within thirty days. You do not need to give a reason, and asking costs you nothing.
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
Where your data is held
The Media League, Inc. is registered in California, United States, and this site is hosted in the United States. If you contact us from the European Union or the United Kingdom, your details will be transferred to and stored in the United States.
Changes
If we change this notice we will change the effective date above. Material changes affecting people already on the list will be sent by email.

Terms of Use
These terms cover the public pages of this website. They are deliberately short. Members, subscribers and contributors accept separate agreements when they sign in.
This site is operated by The Media League, Inc. ("we", "us").
What this site is
An informational preview of AI2 Enquire, a forensic intelligence platform for Media and Entertainment. Public pages describe the product, the PADE-POC taxonomy, and the research method behind it.
What the numbers mean
Where we publish counts, coverage figures or research findings, they are measurements of our own corpus at a stated point in time. We state the basis for every figure we publish, and we say when something has not been measured rather than filling the gap.
They are provided for information. They are not advice, and no commercial, technical or investment decision should rest on them alone. We give no warranty that any figure is complete or current, and we accept no liability for decisions taken on the basis of a public page.
What you may not do
- Scrape, crawl or bulk-extract content from this site by automated means
- Use any content to train a machine learning system
- Reverse-engineer, probe or attempt to reconstruct the taxonomy, the research method, or the prompt architecture behind them
- Republish substantial portions of the corpus, the taxonomy or the research output without written permission
The PADE-POC taxonomy, the corpus, the Truth Engine method and everything derived from them remain the intellectual property of The Media League, Inc.
Where a public page shows placeholder values in place of corpus content, that withholding is deliberate. Circumventing it is a breach of these terms.
Availability
The site is provided as-is and as-available. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time, without notice.
Requesting beta access
Submitting the beta access form places you on a list to be contacted when access opens. It is not an offer, a reservation, or a guarantee of access. We decide who is admitted and when, and we may decline without giving a reason.
How we handle the details you submit is set out in our Privacy Notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
