You are paid per retrieval, denominated in tokens, every time your contribution is drawn on to answer a subscriber. Attribution is permanent. You keep ownership of what you contribute.
We do not decide what your work is worth. Demand does.
Compensation follows relevance, and relevance is set by how often executives reach for your work — not by an editor, a committee or a rating we assign. The market rates it. We just count.

You retain ownership of everything you contribute. You grant the AI² Insights Platform a perpetual, irrevocable licence to hold that material in the corpus and retrieve it on behalf of subscribers. Perpetual means the licence survives; it does not transfer your ownership.
You choose what you contribute, and how much. There is no scope, no hours and no retainer.
The licence is non-exclusive. What you contribute stays yours to use in your own consulting, writing and speaking, without asking us.

Does this compete with my consulting?
No. Subscribers get sourced findings, not you in the room. The people who read the corpus are the people who hire experts.
How much time is this?
Whatever you choose. No minimum, no schedule, no deliverable.
What if my name ends up on something wrong?
Every contribution is reviewed and approved before it enters the corpus, and carries your name only on what you wrote.
Why should I go first?
